Our founder
Our founder is an established Global Leader with over 35 years of experience in Fortune 100 companies and a history of living and working across Europe, Middle East and Asia leading large scale teams, driving productivity, customer orientation and cost optimisation.
He comes with a proven history of consistently achieving record employee and customer engagement scores, delivering value to stakeholders and improving service outcomes to customers. His career highlights as a business problem solver, include opening greenfield sites in Asia, turning around underperforming businesses, mergers and acquisitions, end to end strategic review of Customer Experience locations including realigning in-house as well as third-party vendors and launching new customer servicing channel.
He prides himself in being people centric leader who has coached and developed young and emerging talent across the world. He has now set up this venture where he aspires to create value for both upcoming and established businesses. Being an ally and advocate for diversity and inclusion, he has sponsored and supported many programs to create a culture of belongingness and equity. He is an avid traveller and passionate about fitness, sustainability and developing diverse teams in a hybrid and flexible world.
